Sunday Post #141

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted here @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer (image above belongs to @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer). It’s a chance to share news ~ A post to recap the past week on your blog and showcase books and things we have received. Share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.
I am also linking The Sunday Salon hosted by Deb Nance of Readerbuzz where bloggers discuss what they are reading and other bookish topics.

Life

I'm a bit freaking out about something that happened last Friday, apparently I didn't park my car right and it rolled in front of a driveway at around 8 o'clock a.m.  It was a long day at school, with guided tours to show the school to future pupils. Which means I only went back to my car at 10 o'clock p.m. The people who I inconvenienced that day, told me my car rolled in front of their driveway the entire day. I feel so ashamed and stressed out about what happened. I hope they will accept my flowers as an apology tomorrow.

On a happier note, I played a new board game with my mum this weekend, called Corinth. It's a roll and write game, which means you have to roll dice and write things down on a score sheet to play the game. It's really fun and the theme is nice!

Blog and books

I finished The Tattooist of Auschwitz this week and started reading the newest addition to my bookshelves, 84 Charing Cross Road. I'm quite enjoying it, I think it's the perfect book to soothe my mood.

Movies and TV Shows

I watched the finale of The Mole Belgium today and I nearly guessed the mole correctly but would have put my money on someone else if I had to. I'm usually never right guessing the mole, my dad (who doesn't like the show is way better at it, one of his colleagues has been the mole and he guessed him almost immediately because he thought the teacher/priest wasn't smart enough to get that far into the game).

What did you read or watch recently?

As always please leave some recommendations on what I should read or watch next!
