April TBR

As you might know, I'm not great at sticking to my TBR lists, so I'm going to keep this one short. There are three books I really want to read this month!

1. The Silkworm (Cormoran Strike #2) by Robert Galbraith

I read the first book, The Cuckoo's Calling last week and I thought it was really slow and the mystery did not captivate me at all. However, people all over have been telling me to continue the series and most love the third book best, so I'm going to give this series another try!

2. The Seven Deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle by Stuart Turton

I've heard fantastic things about this book and I can't wait to read it! Plus, this cover is the best!

3. The City of Brass (The Daevabad Trilogy #1) by S.A. Chakraborty

I adore this cover and the synopsis sounds incredible so I'm really excited to read it!

These books are all over 500 pages, so I'll be really pleased if I managed to read them all!

Which books are you planning to read this month? Have you read any of the books mentioned above or are you planning to? Leave your thoughts down below!

Have a wonderful day everyone!

  1. I hope you'll enjoy The Silkworm more and if you do that you'll read Career of Evil after it. That one is a little more dark than the previous two, I loved it. My most anticipated book for April is My Dear Hamilton by Stephanie Dray and Laura Kamoie. I hope my copy gets dispatched soon.
