Sunday Post #11

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted here @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer. It’s a chance to share news ~ A post to recap the past week on your blog and showcase books and things we have received. Share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.

Life

My life has been crazy the last two weeks. The first week of Easter break I had four two-hour driving classes which I had to combine with my puppetry rehearsals and shows. On Thursday, a local television crew came to film a rehearsal and then I had a driving class straight after and in the evening the premiere of our puppetry theatre production. So, that was a very exciting and busy day! On Friday and Saturday I had another puppetry show, and by puppetry I mean theatre with marionets.

The following week was supposed to be relaxing but I got a call had to do a job interview, which means I start teaching tomorrow and will have a very busy month after all. I have another teaching job lined up in May, as you might already know, so it's the perfect fit!

Blog

So because of all this hectic stuff happening, I have only finished one book so far this month and I haven't been blogging much either. I planned to be more active the next couple of weeks but now I can't guarantee that anymore. During these two weeks I did write four posts:

April TBR

Can't-Wait Wednesday: A Court of Frost and Starlight (A Court of Thorns and Roses #3.1) by Sarah J. Maas

Can't-Wait Wednesday: The Smoke Thieves (The Smoke Thieves #1) by Sally Green

March Wrap Up

I hope to reply and comment back to all your comments soon!

Also, my blog reached over 10,000 views yesterday, which I find quite exciting!

    1. Haha, yeah that's probably because of the picture itself, my phone does not take the best pictures in the dark, so I took a promotional shot of the television site.

  4. Wow, seems like you have quite a lot going on! But busy is good, isn't it?
I have yet to see Chicago PD, here in UK they've only shown Chicago Fire and Chicago Med (which is a shame, because I am really curious about PD).
Oh, Graham Norton is HILARIOUS, you should see when he does the commentary for the Eurovision contest!
I've watched a couple episodes of Timeless but I wasn't much into it. One new show that I've just started watching is The Resident (which is a med show). They've only aired one episode, but so far I like it!

    1. Busy is good indeed! Chicago P.D. is actually my favourite, followed closely by Chicago Fire. Graham Norton is the best! I have watched a couple of Eurovision songcontests on the BBC and I agree, he's absolutely hilarious! I haven't heard of the The Resident yet, but I'm going to check it out!
