Stacking the Shelves: Massive March Book Haul

Stacking the Shelves is a meme co-hosted by Reading Reality and Tynga's Reviews (the image above belongs to these blogs too). Each week bloggers share the books they got. I got way too many books in March, so it took me some time to create an actual list. Today I'm going to share with you all the e-books I got in March! Most of these e-books were incredibly cheap and I couldn't pass them up!

I am way behind on my book hauls, mainly because I have been so busy that I had to take a step back from blogging and because I got so many books in March that it took some time to write this post. I'm still very excited to read all these books!

1. Children of Blood and Bone (Legacy of Orïsha #1) by Tomi Adeyemi

2. Bel Canto by Ann Patchett

I got this in my favourite second hand English bookstore in Ghent, which is sadly closing this month. The copy I got is not in a great condition but I just couldn't leave without buying anything.

3. My Absolute Darling by Gabriel Tallent

4. The City of Brass (The Daevabad Trilogy #1) by S.A. Chakraborty

5. Norse Mythology by Neil Gaiman

6. The Seven Deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle by Stuart Turton

7. Two on a Tower by Thomas Hardy

8. Gone Rogue (Wires and Nerve #2) by Marissa Meyer

I already read this and really enjoyed it! I would love to read more books or comics set in this world with these characters!

9. Sightwitch (The Witchlands 0.5) by Susan Dennard

10. To Kill a Kingdom by Alexandra Christo

11. Giant Days, Vol. 5 by John Allison

12. Giant Days, Vol. 6 by John Allison

The English comic store in Ghent is also closing its doors this month which just makes me feel awful. My favourite stores have to close, it's heart-breaking!

13. Bitch Planet, Vol. 1: Extraordinary Machine by Kelly Sue DeConnick

14. Sweet Tooth, Volume 1: Out of the Deep Woods by Jeff Lemire

15. Obsidio (The Illuminae Files #3) by Amie Kaufman and Jay Kristoff

Already read and loved this!

16. Waking Gods (Themis Files #2) by Sylvain Neuvel

You can find my review of Waking Gods here.

Which books did you recently get? Have you read any of the books mentioned above or are you planning to? Leave your thoughts down below!

  2. I really want to purchase and read Children of Blood and Bone sometime soon. The hype kind of worries me though because I usually end up disliking the book. But I still have high hopes for that one.
