Sunday Post #18

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted here @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer (image above belongs to @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer ). It’s a chance to share news ~ A post to recap the past week on your blog and showcase books and things we have received. Share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.

Life
Another exhausting week, but next week is supposed to be my last super exhausting week, things should be better soon, which hopefully means more reading time! I went to a Star Wars exhibition in Brussels yesterday with some friends, I had fun but we were all disappointed in the exhibition. The Harry Potter one was so much better.

Blog and books

I wrote a Can't Wait Wednesday post this week! Yay, me!

I am currently reading You by Caroline Kepnes and I actually made some progress this week, I hope that I'm slowly crawling out of my reading slump, fingers crossed! That said, I expected a lot more from You, but we'll see how the second half of the book goes.

Movies and TV Shows

What did I watch this week? I watched two movies! The Big Sick, which I really recommend and Atomic Blonde, which I really don't recommend. Really terrible movie!

I'm now watching the second season of Timeless and I'm absolutely hooked! It will be a tragedy if they cancel the show. It really grew on me!

I also watched the final two episodes of Lucifer, another great show that will most likely not return, which makes me terribly sad.

Hoping to finish Timeless soon and then I'll need to look for another show to binge-watch!

What did you read or watch recently?

    1. Timeless is getting better and better, I would skip Atomic Blonde, really disliked it!

  3. Too bad the Star Wars exhibition was disappointing. It's always up or down with exhibitions like that. I love Star Wars but I definitely won't be going then!

    1. I know, I really liked the Harry Potter exhibition and had the same expectations about the Star Wars one, but the exhibition was more about finding your identity than Star Wars itself.

  4. I hope you have less exhausting and more reading soon. I always think I am going to find time to watch tv but end up choosing to read instead. Anne - Books of My Heart
