Sunday Post #154

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted here @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer (image above belongs to @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer). It’s a chance to share news ~ A post to recap the past week on your blog and showcase books and things we have received. Share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.

I am also linking The Sunday Salon hosted by Deb Nance of Readerbuzz where bloggers discuss what they are reading and other bookish topics.

Life

Crazy busy weeks past and ahead, I'm started to feel a little burned out by all the correcting I have to do while I'd rather read more books.

Blog and books

I finished The Sun Does Shine and The Seven Moons of Maali Almeida. Both good books, the first one a very important non-fiction I definitely should have read sooner. Currently reading Elena Knows, a fantastic book I already recommend, and I'm also listening to Invisible Women.

Movies and TV Shows

I finally watched The Pale Blue Eye which was enjoyable but not a new favourite. I'm also still watching The Detectorists, which has become a new comfort show for me. Loving every episode and wish there were a lot more seasons to come.

What did you watch or read recently?

As always please leave some recommendations on what I should read or watch next!

If you enjoyed this review, please follow me on Bloglovin'TwitterInstagram, TVShowTime and Goodreads! I would really appreciate it!

Have a wonderful day everyone!

  2. I'm intrigued with The Sun Does Shine. To be able to find a way to move ahead in life and influence others in a good way, even when your own situation is miserable and undeserved...that is amazing. Thanks for sharing this with us.

I've always thought that those who have to do a lot of correcting are highly underpaid. That's a lot of work!
